I’m Deborah Lessenevitch, RN
As a functional nurse, I combine my knowledge and nursing skills with the principles of functional medicine for getting to the root cause of health challenges and for helping clients to discover the power they have to achieve, for themselves, their optimal health.
During a consultation, several in-depth health questionnaires are reviewed, as well as lab work (completed within the last two years), functional medicine lab work (blood, urine, stool, saliva, hair, breath) one’s lifestyle, genetics, epigenetics, and social and working environments. Once potential root causes are identified, a plan is developed so a “Sound Mind in a Sound Body" may be experienced.

Sound Mind Sound Body Institute began out of a desire to equip individuals with the knowledge necessary to reason for themselves the path to optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Services offered are one-on-one consultations, Evox bio-resonance scanning, and online classes.

It is the role of a Functional Nurse to collaborate with clients to provide ongoing education and support .
